I jumped up upon a log that had fallen from the sky, it was raining on me from all around, all of my hopes and dreams fell like water droplets into the puddles at my feet. And the world that was once so stable and supportive, existed for a moment to only collapse on me, though cracks in the ceiling created by mother nature to torturously drip upon my pillow each night. It is but a memory that thrives in my neuropathways... a rewiring of a synapse, could remove all the pain that rewinds and replays, like the skipping of broken vinal. or an emotion yet to be relearned. Oh, my. This is the loveliest picture I've seen in a long time.
There's something about the expression on her face. Very optimistic and pure and accepting, even among the destruction... it seems like she's blessing the ruins with just her presence. I think people will, in some way, relait to this photo with things that cause them to stuggle in their lifes. Nothing is ever perfect, but we try and make the best of what we have. Which makes me say " Something is better then nothing", but I feel as if nothing might be better then something. If you have nothing, you can loose nothing... This is a beautiful perspective...but sad to me.
I feel there is always hope grounded in the land we stand on. -- [link] I am so so glad we did not fall through the floor. This is now one of my most favorite places on earth.
